There's some neat stuff on there about
- Changing video thumbnails
- Saving Documents as PDF's
- OSX + Verbose mode
- Front Row and streaming HD trailers rather than the standard ones
- Adding Stacks to your dock
- Using RDP through OSX

Here's the exact code:

defaults write com.apple.frontrow TrailerBypass http://www.apple.com/trailers/home/xml/current_720p.xml
killall FrontRow (may not be needed)

This will set it up so you can download HD trailers. It may not work for every movie and varies depending how Apple has it set up so it's a bit hit and miss depending what Apple have to offer, it works for some of them for me though!

Another way of hiding a window is to alt-click on the desktop. At my old work I used to use cmd & H and he used to alt-click, there was much discussion about who was quickest on the drawer when management wandered in
