My name is Daniel and I'm addicted to toasties. They are brilliant and so easy to make

My favourite at the minute is tuna, mayo, onion and a tiny bit of cheese.

Yours is what I usually make without the onions buut with lots of cheese.

For mine, I beat an egg and pan fry, add some cheese and if I got frankfurters, boil a couple, split it lengthways and add some tomato sauce.

Now I'm really hungry!

Vintage cheddar and caramelised onion. Strawberry jam and sliced banana is also rather nice however the jam tends to reach the temperature and consistancy of napalm!

Now I'm going to have to try this.

Also, its all about buttering the outside of the toasty so it goes nice and crispy

Look at all these fancy taste combinations, for toasties I like mine trashy Cheddar and salad cream!

Though for a sweet toastie very thinly sliced apple and green fig jam is favourite. Allow jam to cool a bit before eating!
