It's just an extension of your interests really. Like football? Follow footballers. It's that simple. You get an interesting insight into celebrities and some quite regularly chat to you.

Some people are rather boring ("I just ate a crisp"), while others are far more interesting. Make an account and seek out those who you're interested in, then chop out the boring ones and try new people - easy!
