Postcode / Address DB provider

Hi all!
What in your opinion is the best solution of all the various postcode databases out there.

I would need to be able to do radius based searches on postcodes and also address auto-lookups.

The one I've used for years because it has:

A multitude of API's in various languages to access it,
Seems to get new housing estates on the database far quicker than others,
Has accurate and reliable information,
A 'good' price,
Many many features.
