Postcode broadband speed/options?

Hi.

Does anyone know a website that checks what kind of broadband speeds a particular street/property can have and what packages are available for that area?

Things like does it have fibre optic ?

I would avoid a lot of the price comparison sites, at best they provide a postcode-level analysis and at worse they just list packages that aren't available at all - Gocompare keep telling me that Virgin Media is available at my house, which just isn't true, and Moneysupermarket think I can get Vodafone's CityFibre packages when CityFibre don't have any presence in this town at all.

I'd start off with the Ofcom checker and then use the list of providers it returns to do follow up checks

That website tells me the 'Highest available download speed' I can get at my property is 23Mbps, whereas I am on 72Mbps.
