Anyone know if I can post a Bogie Bug in its original tube packet thing via Royal Mail? If so how an estimate of how much it will be?

CHeers.

Of course you can. How about you don't be lazy, weigh the item and then use the royal mail website to find out how much it would cost to post an item with that weight just like anyone else would have to do for you?

Huh? What exactly is lazy? I've never sent any parcels apart from jiffy letter sized one, so was just asking if such a type of packaging is allowed to be sent with royal mail and what kind of price it incurs.

I'm afraid you are lazy. ;)

I found this in three seconds with a Google search for "maximum size for royal mail packet"

Or are you using Bing?

Not the info I was after. ;)

I think he is asking if he can send the boogie bug in its original packaging, with no outside packaging.

I have no idea.

Yes exactly that :) sorry maybe I wasn't clear in my original post.

I'm just not sure if they accept such a packaging at the Post Office, especially as its not a blank packaging, i.e. has graphics on it and there is no options to find the price of postage on the post office website, I don't really know what class it would fall under as it isn't a packet, letter or box.

You can send anything you want and it doesn't have to be covered up.

The idea is that it's covered up so nobody can see what it is (or thieve it).

Up to you.

It would be a good idea to wrap it in something plain.

Are there any rules on printed graphics? Would it be good to wrap it with gift wrapper or something? Don't really want to spend money on consumables though.

Cheers y'all

My Boogie was sent to me from OcUk in the tube. Nothing more.

Ah cool, nice one. Do-able then.

I'd use a bin bag.

Not a bad idea! Hopefully they won't think it's a body part (ooerr) if I use this.

Still can't find any pricing plan on their website apart from a "starting from £5.30" hopefully 6.50 will cover it.

Cheers all.
