Hello people. Putting together an international care package for someone currently deprived of marmite and irn bru. Has anyone sent fizzy drinks in the post abroad and if so, how did you package and how did it go?

The stomach wants what the stomach wants, or something like that. Just trying to think how we can send the stuff without it breaking or fizzing everywhere
