Posting from work

During the weekends i work 8 hours where i get intermittent human contact but generally im left to my own devices and see people about once every 2 hours or so. It has its advantages - i can do pretty much whatever i want, but sometimes it can get pretty boring.

My point is i usually lurk on two forums throughout the day and post from time to time on things that take my interest. Outside of work i must admit i post far less on here, as i have other things to be getting on with. Where do you lot usually post from then, work or elsewhere (home, uni etc)?

I'm at work now, well from home and I'll spend ages on here. It's the same when I'm in the office too. On here all the time!

Well put it this way... since being at work Ive been posting and now the amount of network traffic coming from my ocuk has caused our external ISP/Firewall+proxy providers to filter it!

I just liked to lurk a lot but seeing as this is one site my work havent blocked access too my posts to join date ratio has improved. (but not too much)

It would be great to have some time during my day to do something other than work.
OcUK is on my home tabs at work but I hardly get a chance to use it, needed it a couple of times for reference but have never posted while there, only post at home or in hotels while travelling.

I think most people here post from work.

Just look at how quiet the forums are at the weekend, compared to 9-5 on a weekday!

I don't post during the weekends as I'm off doing other things. I post from home though during the week as I don't work (summer break from uni).

Since changing jobs in November I've probably only written around half a dozen posts from work, so 99% is done at home.

Its true...But it does get damn quiet in here and i need some mental stimulation every once in a while..

Sometimes work, sometimes home, sometimes a friends house, sometimes, at a web cafe.

Sometimes, from my mates Lappy in his garden.

sometimes, I've used the pc's that are set up in Oc/Uk's shop!

- When my daughter has'nt change the browser to CBeebies that is!

It probably isn't the best idea, but if you don't get caught then it isn't so bad.

Just get your work done, and make sure you don't spend too long on here.

Mostly at home, but sometimes have a browse at lunch time at work.
