Pot Holes....

hit a pothole, and now the cars pulling to the left. dont think it was pulling before, although i may be paranoid (i hit it at a fair old whack.

can i sue the council? :mad:

i only got the tyres last week....

I'm in the process of doing this. First thing I did was go online, and the council local to me have a pot hole reporting service. I put a complaint in and made in no uncertain terms it clear I wanted repaying to fix any damage to my car. They gave me their insurance details, and hopefully soon I'll have a cheque...

Go out with a camera and a tape measure, take a picture of the pothole using the tape measure as a guide otherwise they could fill it in a pay you nothing.

But it was fine before he hit the hole.

I remember reading that the holes have to be in excess of 35mm in depth of is it 50mm?
