New VW tiguan 3200 miles tensioner went taking engine been in dealer for 4 weeks claiming its rocker arm springs

car due tuesday but not holding my breath.....they farmed engine work out to local machine shop.......think im within rights to say no new car mr vw

VW wouldnt help me, apparently they sent out a letter when this issue was reported but because I didnt respond within a certain time frame they were not held responsible.

Had to pay £2000 for repairs. Spectacularly crap.
