Potential new loop!

Hey guys!

Im thinking of potentially adding a new loop to my Corsair 800D case. Currently I have a loop cooling my CPU but im thinking of cooling my 2 GTX 580's also.

Now before I even go into any of that stuff the first question is do I go for the single loop or do I go for a dual?

Im thinking a dual will result in cooler temps for everything but then im a bit concerned about having tubes going everywhere. On the other hand I do have a lot of space to play with.

As you can see (or not) by the above image my current loop is pretty basic. Its a small EK cylindrical reservoir with adjoined pump going into a 360 rad at the top of the case and then into the CPU and then back.

Anyway any ideas/suggestions would be awesome!

Thanks guys :D

The only thing I want is that lovely new Aurora fluid they have from Mayhems... That stuff is awesome!

That being said I want it to look good but also do a good job at keeping my temps down. Currently im running an aggressive profile on MSI Afterburner for my graphics cards and while ive managed to cap their top temps at 70-80 degrees it makes one hell of a noise to do so.

That doesn't hugely matter at the moment as im on a headset in my own little room but im moving house soon and my PC will be in my main living room and as such I can't imagine my other half will be too pleased with listening to my graphics cards whirring.

What kind of equipment would I be needing to effectively cool my CPU and 2 graphics cards using a single loop?

Im probably going to have to get new components from my existing loop anyway.

I was hoping my 1 rad would be ok but theres always room at the bottom of the case for another rad.

Ill be adding a larger reservoir and because im currently using a combi reservoir/pump i will also be needing a new pump.

Im kinda stuck between a large cylindrical reservoir or a bay reservoir. The main reason being I want to be able to show off my awesome watercool fluid. Ive pre-ordered the new mayhems aurora galaxy fluid so Ill want that on show as much as possible! :p

Thanks for the help so far.

Will a dual bay reservoir manage to keep the mayhems aurora though... Apparantly cylindrical reservoirs are best but bay reservoirs with good, strong circulation also work.

I do like the look of the EK spin bay reservoir.

I do also like the koolance dual bay but that would have course mean having 2 loops...

Decisions decisions!

I just want something that will look nice while performing well enough to keep 2 580 GTX cards cool.... Gah!

Ive got a lot of deciding to do.

Im not hugely bothered about cost as it will all come in time and im not expecting to buy it all right now and install it... Ill do it bit by bit.

That being said im damn confused on what res to get now...

Guess ill look up the aurora and see what I can see...

Im really thinking a second loop might be more beneficial for just my graphics cards rather than having 1 do my CPU and 2 graphics cards. The reason simply being that they do get quite hot and im a bit concerned that by the time the fluid gets to the second gpu or cpu (depending on flow direction) it won't really be cooling anything, rather shifting hot fluid to 1 component.
