Potential Property Purchase but no parking...info needed

Hi All

Im asking the powers that be for some help.

Im looking at a property, period cottage which has no parking...but behind the property is a block of 4 independant houses with what i can see - 12 parking spaces.

How/Who would i go to, to find out who owns the land, if i could purchase a parking space or even if i could park there?

If i can get this parking space sorted out, then i would be a lot happier knowing that its a wise investment

Would it be the local council or would it be the original builders of this block of new builds?

Who owns it: Land Registry

I don't know if the general public have access to a new Land Registry tool called mapsearch where you can basically see a map which has all registered titles overlaid onto it. If not, it can be quite difficult to find out the title number in order for you to obtain copies of the title. If you send me a trust with the address and a google map of the area you want to know about I can get you the title number for you to apply to the Land Registry
