What is the situation regarding the above as I have had my 3g just over 12months now and I didn't really wish to speak to the agent offering me a new and "better" deal? (They keep ringing me up). I have six months remaining on my contract whereby I am paying £36.00 a month for 800 mins.
Edit: presumably there are loads on here who have been through this process time and time again and so might be able to advise of what it is they might offer or what I should do if I wished to negotiate. Thank you.
