:confused:Hello,

I'm seeking help as i haven't built a PC for years and have no actual knowledge of all the latest hardware.

I'm looking to upgrade my PC due to me getting very loud fans when ever i run a game, Which makes my room feel like a sauna.

Price wise i wouldn't say more than £1,200 as my current build was around £1,500.

My current Specs are
Case: Cooler master CM 690 ll
CPU: AMD PHENOM2 x6 1090T AM3 125w
CPU Closed loop cooler: CORSAIR H50
Motherboard:Asus corsair IV Formula
PSU: Corsair 650w TX
GPU: XFX HD 5870 1GB
Hard Drive: 1TB Samsung Spin point f3
Ram: Corsair Dominator 4x2GB DDR3 1333MHz
SoundCard: Creative Fatal1ty Titanium
Monitor: LG W2252S 22"TFT 1680x1050

Keep your case, monitor and hard drive. Sell the rest to cover some costs of the upgrade. Look at my spec in my signature and you could do that for 1.2k easily with selling other parts. Plenty of other spec threads with this budget - have a snoop round the board, I'd spec one up but im on my phone atm :)

YOUR BASKET
1 x MSI GeForce GTX 680 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card with FREE Borderlands 2 & Assassin's Creed III PC Games £359.99

Total : £1,064.32 (includes shipping : FREE).

Keep your case, hard drive, sound card and power supply. If you want, you can keep your current monitor but I specced a 1080p IPS panel for you if you wanted to upgrade that too. You could keep your CPU cooler as well to save some money. I included some fans which you could replace on your current H50. Hope this helps :)

Sorry about the delay,

Both of these specs look amazing.

When it comes to SSD is it better to have SATA or PCI?

Gonna get parts from both of these specs and combine them together

Thanks for the advice !
