Pouches to replace CD jewel cases

I'm looking to "archive" an awful lot of CD's my wife and I have collected over many years - somewhere in the region of 200 I think.
Looking around yesterday I found the products at www.slim-disc.com would do the job well - room for the case artwork and then room inside the pouch for 1-2 CD's and any booklets.
I am however looking at around £55 for the 200 I'm going to start with. Just wondered if anybody else has done similar and what product you used?

if anything, I might be concerned by flexible polypro plastic off gassing and interaction with cd's over a variable storage temperature ... not loft in summer.
really useful boxes, bought some @ryman when I moved, taking ~100 discs and are bullet proof ... need something robust for jewel anyway, <£10 ea after discount
