Power and Size

So I've decided to get a new card, 'OcUK GeForce 8800 GTX 768MB'. It's price is just too good not too.

My only queries of:

- Will my current PSU power it and my system, it's a Corsair 520W (yellow)?
- I'm sure it will, but just to be safe, with this card fit in my Akasa Eclipse case?

PSU will be 100% fine, cant answer the case question.
