Today I was given one of these "power" bracelets which claim a lot of things such as:
Embedded with power balance holograms, which react positively with your body’s natural energy field.
Can improve balance, strength and flexibility.
Increase your confidence while doing sports.
But personally, I think it's an whole crock of.. it's done nothing to me, I feel no different
I guess these things are just the latest rage and really, they do nothing at all?
