Power Button Fault?

My Power button takes 2 presses to turn on sometimes on my HAF X case, is this a faulty switch or bad connection on the MB?

Try a different switch? Or just shorting the power button pins on the mobo. Could equally be a mobo fault, but might as well try the cheap option first.
