I currently run 2 GTX260 216s in an overclocked system on a Corsair HX620W PSU without any trouble. From my homework, it appears the GTX670 consume less power than the GTX260, so would it be safe to assume I could run two GTX670s in SLI also?
 
Im sure ive read that the hx620 puts out something like 700w and i have seen a pair of 4870x2 running off one so in therory it should manage 670 sli
 
Thought so, jsut thought I'd check. I always find it crazy when people say "YOU MUST HAVE MOAR WATTS" and buy crazy powerful PSUs. I guess like everything else (even more so with PSUs IMO) it's quality over quantity, and that's where corsair PSUs really perform.

My question was moot anyway really, as I won't be buying a second for 8 months or so and that's if I even bother to lol.
