Power Control settings in CCC?

Just got my new GPU today, Sapphire HD 7850 2GB..

Inside CCC one thing I've never seen before is Power Control settings, currently at 0%.

What does it do exactly? :)
 
It allows the card to draw more power.

If you're overclocking then you may need to increase this setting so the card can get enough power.
