Power Cut Now Problems?

Hey guys, 2 days ago there was a power cut in my area ever since then my new pc has been playing up... It randomly just turns off and wont boot correctly unless left for a couple of hours.

I have no clue what could be causing it. Any help?

try clearing cmos by leaving mb battery out for 30mins,make a note of all bios settings as it will wipe/reset them,re enter oc/bios after putting battery back in

yup cmos reset either by battery out or jumper reset reset bios to original settings etc also make a note of your current settings even just pic on your phone so you have a record of each bios screen unklless you have a mobo that can back up your bios for you

a lot to be said for surge protectors etc they help with fluctuating power supplies and cut outs etc
