I had had a bit of an issue recently where upon booting my pc, it seems to go through a few power cycles where I see the splash screens 4-5 times, before it starts to load windows.
the first time it ever did this was was expected when i flashed the newest mobo drivers, (so i could replace my old 4440 with a 4790), however it has done it a couple of times since then.
On a couple of occasions when it did this power cycling when i finally got booted windows my secondary HDD (Spintpoint S3) does not show in explorer ? could this be related ?
could the HDD be on the fritz ?
or could it be my PSU doesnt have enough power with the new CPU ?
or have i flashed the mobo badly / installed the cpu badly ?
