Power dvd 7.3

when Itry to play a avi file though this app it plays for about 2 secs and them goes back to to the starting screen.......The avi files play fine on wmp 11 though.....I am using vista.

Any thoughts

Have you tried a previous version of Power Dvd? I have used 6 for quite some time now and when I tried another, later version I had a problem so, I reverted back to 6 and Power Dvd ran ok and still does.

My suggestion would be, try another version TBH

could never get 6 to work in vista....thats why I went to 7.3 what a waste of cash that was.
on the verge of unistalling and sing just Wmp 11
