Power DVD issues

Hi guys,

Power DVD is showing only two thin bars down the side of the screen, the rest is black. I.e. I only see the outer 1% of the movie! Audio is fine.

Any suggestions?

is the movie an original and have you tried another dvd player software?

Yep, it's original. Tried other DVDs too.

Media player shows the whole thing, but has some odd grey stuff at the top and bottom, and doesn't show any picture at all in full screen mode.

Whats some good free software to download and use?
