Power DVD Version 7.3(Ultra) Error Message

Hi. need some help with the above dvd software.

Since upgrading to a Dell 30inch 3007WFP-HC TFT monitor i'm getting the following error message when trying to play Blue Ray DVDs.

"Fail to enable HDCP. please switch to analog output (VGA, D-Sub) and try again. (Error Code = 0110)

I have tried reinstalling the software and even the grpahics driver without luck.

According to a website the Dell UltraSharp 3007WFP-HC is HDCP compliant !?

Can anyone help?

are you using the correct cable between the monitor and your graphics card?I could be on the the wrong track but when I connect my laptop to the flat screen depending on what type of cable I use depends on what options I get (ie PIP ).

The only other thing i had to change was the DVI cable.

I used a DVI-D Single-Link but this would not support max res on my 8800 gtx graphics card.

I then found out i needed to purchase a DVI-D Dual-Link cable which i did yesterday.

Now everything runs fine apart from my Blue Ray movies.
