Any idea if its possible to buy a switching adapter for a LG Flatron 15" Monitor? My pal seems to have lost this cable.. incase those who aren't sure what I mean by switching adapter, its like a small black rectangular shaped object with 1 end for a kettle plug to plug into, and the other end is a DC power adapter thingy which plugs into the monitor. I've had a look etc but cannot find anything that is suitable! :| Thanks for any help!

If you know the voltage and current required for your monitor, you can purchase a power supply (and yes it will likely be switched mode, though you can sometimes get ones that arn't) units in common rateings from an electronics supplier
