Power + Ground - on case mobo connecting block?

I need some advice. I'm wiring up my case to a new mobo (case light, reset and power switch etc), but on the old ASUS mobo it was power + power - on the plastic connecting block, but on the new MSI board the connecting blocks say power and ground.

is ground - and power + ?
