You should be able to as long as they are not high powered fans... The SYSFAN points are not designed to output a massive amount of amps so i'd still be wary about it.
AFAIK the max you can draw from a mobo fan header is 0.5A. Certain very high power fans (e.g. delta's) have been known to damage the headers and come with a warning not to connect them to the mobo.
If the fans you're using draw less than 0.5A combined it should be ok, but you can only monitor the RPM of one fan. You can also get adapters to plug your 3 pin fans into a normal 4 pin HD/CDROM type connector.
