Is there anyway of converting a 3 pin power led connector to a 2 pin?

I have recently got a new case which has a 3 pin power led connector which means if I connect this there isn't any room for the 2 pin power switch connector to go next to it

Are all 3 pins connected? Or is the middle a 'spacer' with nothing in it? if it is just remember which lead is + or - and snip away. Just be carefull with the stanley knife. Ive done it in the past.

Yeah looks like the middle one is a spacer!

Why on earth do the do that! just to be arkward or something!

What you mean cut out the middle spacer bit?

Because most motherboards have a space between the LED headers ;)

Yeah  Just don't snap the bits either side ;)

Because like you suggested very easy to snap?

Yeah but as long as he doesn't go at with a pair of cutters or anything it will be fine- a stanley knife should do it. Even if it does snap (Which i've done before myself), just pull all the plastic away, wrap some insulation tape around the connectors and plug them in :D :o
