Hello

Looking for some help. I have previously used Vodafone broadband (and the Vodafone router) with two power line adaptors between my home and my wired shed in the garden. Has worked perfectly for two years - no flaws.

Moved to YouFibre and they supplied an Arris router. When I plug the adaptor into the LAN, it's fine for 3 minutes...single gets to the shed, all fine....and then the router reboots itself...it completes reboot...then reboots again.

All the plugs are in wall sockets. When I plug the adaptors back into the old Vodafone line (I still have this running as I anticipated problems) it works normal. I have changed the Lan wire, I've swapped the power lines around. Fine. Have plugged a laptop into the LAN port and it's fine also.

Any ideas what might be happening? Would really appreciate anyone's help!

When you say you plug into the LAN, do you have both routers connected to your home LAN at the same time?
If so, it's possible you are having IP conflicts if you left both set to be a DHCP server for example, or if both are set to the same IP as your default gateway (192.168.0.1 for example).
Try unplugging the Vodafone one completely. Wait 5 mins. Then power only the Arris one on. Retest.
