Just wondering how many of you use power management software to stand-by/hibernate your machines at night and WOL them in the morning etc?

We currently use a piece of software called RSHUT but its pretty unreliable we have found. Anyone use anything that seems to work well and is fairly cheap?

Cheers

We use 1E Wakeup and Nightwatchman, both very good at what they do. Cheap however they are not :( (well they aren't scandelously priced)

We use the gree GPO EZ power with a script, basically at night if machines are idle for x minutes and users are not logged in they will shutdown. Users can power them up first thing in the morning, we can also auto power them up when we have our patching window once a week and shut them down after.

WOL is very easy to script and schedule.

Are you using hibernate or s3+standby?
