Power Office PC

I am looking to build an office PC. I'm not looking to play games on it.
Can someone give me an idea of a spec that would be good for the following:

Fast windows boot time, and application opening times. Windows 7 would be fine, but windows 8 if I had to
Fast file copy, read write etc
SSD/HDD combo
Decent monitor, colour clarity. 27 @ 2560x1440 or 29 @ 2560x1080 or very least 24 @ 1920x1080

It won't be used for video editing or graphic design
I'm just looking for a fast machine for all things related to office work, applications, file management

Can someone help? Im looking for a minimal budget but was thinking less than £700

Hi,

If you are wanting to use a Monitor that is above the resolution of 1920x1080, it would be advisable to have a separate graphics card in the machine as the graphics that are on-board or on CPU won't really be powerful enough to run that sort of resolution very well.
