power on front case USBs not working.

Hi,
My son connected his IPad to front usb3 on desktop and found it wouldn't work so tried other usb3 as well that didn't work either, (no error Messages produced) prior to that I could charge my IPhone OK now I cant charge IPhone or get any power out of either USB, I can connect a wired mouse and that will work, I have tried uninstalling all USB drivers and re-installing but still no power.
case is Corsair 300r (all wires look intact and feel OK)
motherboard is Asus Z87 A.
any help greatly appreciated.

wiggled the wires from mb to front case panel? made sure usb3 is enabled in bios (not sure if you have that option on that board) but worth checking

also reflashing the same bios might get them working,make note of any oc/bios settings beforehand as it will wipe reset them

Try gently push it up or down and see if there are any effects. Does it feel loose?

Hi Guys,
Thanks for that, but, I have checked all internal wiring and all seems fine, I can use a USB stick and see data OK and nothing at all happens when plugging in iphone it is recognized when plugged into a rear USB (but difficult to get at) it seems the USB is live but doesn't see the phone (tried recovering the phone as well, no difference).
