current build has issues, RMAing mobo for testing as replaced psu and still the same issue.

So presently, comp wont power on but press a few times and it will but once its up running its fine however this i very similar to what happend to last old computer build. So could it be i have some power supply issues that is killing mobo's and if so is there anything i could do about it?

Do you mean the actual 240v mains supply ?

Odd question, do you use extension/braided cables in your comp?

I had some right weird issues with both my intel and AMD systems in the past which was down to some braided cables I was using. Even bought a new superflower PSU. That's when I found the problem.

My first port of call with this sort of issue is to firstly change the kettle lead and then try plugging straight into the mains and maybe a different socket.

yes the 240 mains supply

Bad PSU can certainly damage anything in PC, except case.
(though worst PSUs might try to burn it down)

Anyway also my crystal ball has power issues so what parts that computer has?

well, my old comp (in sig) it began to not want to power up, having to pull the plug out and retry and eventually it would boot and once up it would run fine.

currently new one (in sig) is doing that too, different psu, and changed psu, managed to make it boot and its ran fine since yesterday now.

So it looks like 2 diff mobos, with 2 diff psu have developed the same problem so the only comon things are the monitors they are plugged into and the mains socket used

Easy way to check, Grab kettle, fill it and put it on !in the socket in question that is ;)

Other thing you can do is check voltage , If you are unsure on how to do that DON'T TRY IT

That would be typical symptom for PSU's capacitors going bad.
When cold bad capacitors don't work, but they can still work enough after warming up.

Thought he/she had replaced PSU going on what's said in OP, Having said that it still sounds PSU to me too

As a serious answer to OP, you can get mains testers. Basic ones will just tell you voltage, I'd there is a ground leak, maybe reversed neutral and live. Better ones might tell you noise and such.

It's not uncommon for a house to have the neutral or earth carrying some voltage or similar, worth checking if your house is >50 years old.
