Ummm...I'm lost. Reflective stripes that are powered?

That's a non standard connection, so any power pack would need that custom connector. tbh I'd use something designed for power, not headphone 3.5mm cable. What if you connect your headphones to that power pack? lol.

Change it to tamiya molex type connector or something like that, then build a custom cable from your pack to the tamiya molex

do you mean a 3.5mm barrel power jack? if so its harder than that, as there are a large number of centre hole sizes and power ratings.
one of the universal ones with multiple adapters and power settings might work.

If it's 5 volts I'd just chop off the connector and splice on a USB connector, then you can use any standard USB power bank.*

*if the LED driver/electronics were in the power pack it might not work.

/edit - Urgh, didn't click the images above. Yes, that looks like an audio jack which is a dreadful decision for a power cable, so much chance of it shorting when you plug/unplug it.

Looks like an audio jack to me.

I think most DC jacks have gone towards the socket route these days and audio has gone plug type. I believe they used to have a 2.5mm male jack back in the day.

As for a power bank, as above make a converter if it is just plain old 5v you need.

hmm, if its electroluminescent then you might have problems - electroluminescent lights require extremely high frequency and low power so a converter is needed for normal DC/AC and was probably built into the nike device.
