Power Plan - Reset itself?

This has happened with both Windows 10 and Windows 11, two different systems... I noticed after around 5mins my monitor was shutting off, thinking something was wrong with the GPU, I saw that on both operating systems the power plan had reset itself to Balanced. Hard drive turns off after 20mins, Display after 5 and CPU for some reason was running 100%/100%.

Anyone else have this? Wonder if it was an update that's caused it

Certain software like HD Tune and 1-2 other pieces of benchmarking software - not sure if latest versions still do it - have a tendency to screw with power plan settings for some reason. One of the recent updates for 10 I'm pretty sure reset my power plan settings but I was also messing about with other stuff so can't be 100% sure.
