I bought a Super Flower 750 from OCUK and installed it in a new case with an (HP) IPM87-MP motherboard originally from an HP Pavillion PC yesterday. I also added a Saphire R9-280x (Vapor-X) graphics card.
It worked fine last night and earlier today but it stopped working when watching a video and it won't power up now. Tried different power cable and socket, so no issues there. Also checked connections inside box, all secure.
Initial thought was a faulty power unit so I unhooked the SF power unit and tried the old one from the Pavillion (swapped graphics card back to original one due to power requirements). Still no power.
I the replaced the on-board battery, still no luck.
Could this be a motherboard problem?
Thoughts please?
