WE'll need the entire spec of your PC to help you...

CPU (type and is it overclocked)
Motherboard ( make/model) and is the mobo bios up to date?
Graphics card ( and is it overclocked?)
What cooler(s) have you used?
What PSU are you running?
What OS are you running?

Mmm doubtfull it's a PSU problem as you could run that rig off a 300W probably.

I'd personally look at the OS, install the latest updates and drivers for everything. Make sure also that the CPU fan is rotating properly and no wires can snag it.
