Power req crossfire 2x hd 6970

It should be fine.

If you're getting HD 6970's which require two 8 pin power connectors, such as these, you'll need some adapters as I believe the PSU has 2x8 pin and 2x6 pin.

Or look for a PSU with 4x8 pin connectors.

I think this one has 4x8 pin:

Should be enough, running 2x6950>70's that can go to [email protected](even higher power draw) here on a Seasonic 750w, iirc Seasonic assemble psu's XFX's psu's so they should have similar specs.

You probably won't hit 600w's under normal gaming scenarios, the max power draw would be from using stress tests like furmark, which you really should steer well clear of anyway as imo, it should only be used for testing faulty cards.
