ever used a power sharing cable? it appears to be interesting, transfer the power to your mobile from your friend' mobile, but I am concerned about the speed and safety issue, anyone has some idea on this sort of cable? Thanks!

My phone (Nexus 6) supports USB OTG, if I use a OTG cable to then plug a micro usb cable into my tablet, my phone charges my tablet.

It's slow but it works, this seems like it does the same thing.

How much does your cable cost? I am concerned about the safety issue, I do not want to see my tablet and mobile being killed by a cable. aha,as I see the cable cost only around $2 in tinydeal.com Some Chinese reseller.

USB OTG cables are a fairly standard thing, I got a little adaptor from rainforest for less than £2. I mostly use it to connect USB memory sticks to my phone.

^^My anker power bank is great.

Went for a Anker PowerCore 20100, comes with a short micro usb cable too. Simple and sturdy unit.

so Anker is quite a brand, i will have a try, as i have been using xiaomi power bank for quite a while.
