Power Supply Calculation please

Hope there is some one out there who can give me a hand calculating how big a power supply I will need

Rig:

AMD 955
2xGTS250 (1xPCIe supply)
2xSATA HDD
1XSATA DVDRW
4GB RAM

What will the power supply of this be under normal use and under overclocking - it will be under 100% load constantly

A quality 400w from Corsair / BeQuiet / Seasonic will be fine, but for extra room 520w

make sure the psu has two pci leads, most 400w ones dont, get a ocz 600w
