Thanks for the help guys, didn't want this to devolve into a AMD v's Intel thread.
I've read a fair few reviews, looked at a lot of benchmarks, and even put a i5 + Z77 board build together, but in the end still chose AMD, mostly out of brand loyalty.
Thanks again all for the help, I may take some pic's once it all arrives and I start putting it all together, I have some nice ideas for the case and lighting
