Since you already have a good PSU, if I were you, I'd wait until you know you need it.
Unless you're buying something very high-end (and
very expensive) I can't imagine that kind of power will be needed.
The 9000 series have been very modest on power, so I'd expect the 9800X3D to continue this trend.
