asus pk5pl-am matx mobo
2gb ocz titanium
ati hd 3850
1 seagate 250gb hdd
1 samsng dvd-rw
zalman mfc2 fan controller
3x 120mm fans

what wattage psu do i need needs to be under 50 pounds and be able 2 pick up from a high street retailer if possible

will the corsair 450w be a lot beter than my jeantech 400w? as my system is crashing and sometimes wont post unless i remove dvdrw power connector

Corsair PSU will run fine, just checked your system on PSU calculator to get a ruff estimate and comes out at 311w.

Jeantech being a budget PSU proberly could only handle 300w were's the Corsair will run at full capacity without a problem.
