Power Supply Help Atom system

I want to build an Atom based system into an old Console (Sega Saturn) case but I’m not sure how much power the system would need. It going to be based on an Intel board with either a 230 or 330 Atom, 1-2 GB Ram, 1 HDD and 1 DVD drive.

Also what components I would need as I want to use a laptop type power supply with some form of adaptor but have little knowledge of what to look for. Are there any guides to read or recommendation on makes models etc?

Have a look at the Pico PSU, pretty much any 12v universal laptop adaptor will work with it, for an Atom system you won't need anything moer than the 90w one I'd imagine
