power supply help

Hi i need some help in chesing a power supply for my pc. The case I have chosen is Fractal Design Arc Mini Tower Case - Black [FD-CA-ARC-MINI-BL ] and th motherbord is Asus F1A75-M PRO AMD A75 Hudson D3 FM1 DDR3 mATX so can you tell me whch power suply should I go with?

Any ATX PSU will fit.

Are you using the APU's built in graphics core or using a card/thinking of a card? which one?

I am using a onbord gpu as its for my family computer. only goiong to be using the internet and me be some hd movies thats all they will use it for

would this fit in the case?
