Power supply info

Hey all i couldn't find a power supply forum so here goes. I need some information on power supply's, currently I'm looking at the "XFX Pro 550W Core Edition '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply" so I'm just wondering what the benefit would be of having the one stated above rather than a cheaper 650W power supply. I know there are differences I'm just not sure which is which. Will be running a 2gb 7850

XFX are priced quite cheaply compared to the competition, such as Corsair & Seasonic.

For a 2GB 7850, a 550w XFX will do the job perfectly, and if by a cheaper 650W PSU you mean something from the bay etc don't do it. PSU is probably the most important piece of hardware you need.
