Power supply problems

Literally got a 600w corsair power supply today.. plugged it into my mobo and a wire came out. It must have been loose since its brand new... was cut off twice on the phone earlier and couldn't find a psu thread so I apologise if it's in the wrong section but...

It's been a day so it will cover the 14 day grace period thing... anyone know how long it'd take to get a new one? Really need one by Monday for work hence the new power supply in the first place... I know I'd have to send this one back but will they send one while I'm sending it back or what? Thanks in advance...

They will test it then send a replacement, if its faulty. Not sure if they send it to the Netherlands (corsair hub) or not.

tell overclockers in the customer service section and then send it back to them, they should pay the postage and you will get a new one sent to you.

They don't work 24/7, try calling them if you're in a hurry.
