Power Supply Query - New Build

I appreciate these questions are being asked a lot, but could someone please provide advice on the following.

Looking to order this week the following:

i7 920 D0
Asus Rampage II
Corsair 6Gb Dominator GT DDR3 (1600)
Asus 5970
Promlimatech Mega

Importing from old machine:

4 x 1tb WD Caviar Black
1 x 640 WD Caviar Black
Antec 1200
Sony DVD-RW Drive
Windows 7
Tagan TG700BZ

Now the question is: Will the Tagan BZ700 be enough to run the above?

The stats of the PSU in question are:

The 5970 uses 300w alone, that leaves 400w for the rest of your system.. You'd probably be better going for a higher wattage, taking into account extra fans and overclocking etc

It will be fine, your whole system will never use as much as your graphics card even its its overclocked.
