I know that's a good PSU but don't you think with the OP's 8800 & cathode led light (+ plans for any future upgrades) it would be cutting it low?

I believe the psu will be fine, looking at reviews of the card when tested with relative high end systems at the time were pulling 231w when under load, also checking a psu cal they recommend 356w psu - yes this is a rough guide :)

When I was running my i7 with crossfire 5850 gpu's this only pulled 430w full load from the mains.

But if the op is looking at a good upgrade in the future I will agree the PSU may struggle.
